The Hartford Department of HEalth and Human Services will select up to 12 leaders for this program. You'll need to attend group sessions twice a month and spend about five hours weekly on program activities. As a thank-you, you will receive up to a $2,700 stipend for your participation.
The Community Alliance for Research and Engagement (CARE) is offering a program for Hartford residents who are 18 years and older. This program has monthly sessions from 6 pm to 8 pm, starting in February 2024 and ending in October 2024. It's open to all Hartford residents, but folks from Clay Arsenal, Upper Albany, Northeast, and Frog Hollow neighborhoods will get special consideration.
